We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Insolvency Intermediate to join our NSW Business Recovery Division. This position would ideally suit someone who has around 2 years' experience and has experience in both corporate and personal insolvency.

William Buck is a dynamic and highly regarded Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm that has been established for over 120 years and is consistently listed in the top 20 accounting firms in Australia by BRW magazine.

Our team is young, dynamic and driven to achieve. We are seeking an enthusiastic degree qualified individual who is or would like to undertake CA qualifications in a nurturing and highly supportive environment.

Our role is based in Sydney CBD and will ideally suit someone who enjoys a challenge. You will be part of a small close knit team with wide exposure to most forms of insolvency administration. You will also get the opportunity to work more broadly with other William Buck teams. Essential to the role is the development and maintenance of excellent client relationships and a common sense approach.

You will possess:

  • 2 years previous experience working in a similar role
  • Relevant degree from an Australian University
  • A desire to work towards CA and ARITA  
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills• Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate short and long term projects through to completion
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Team focused
  • Resourceful/problem solver
  • The ability to demonstrate willingness to be an active and valuable team member
  • APS systems experience is not essential but would be highly regarded
