We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who will work with 4 Directors, providing high level secretarial and administrative support.

You will be responsible for:

  • Extensive diary management 
  • PowerPoint presentation of proposals 
  • Client liaison 
  • Meeting logistics 
  • Preparing bills and completing timesheets 
  • Filing and scanning 
  • Preparing proposals, tenders and general correspondence 
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Database management 
  • Relief reception 
  • Ad hoc projects

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • At least 3 years previous PA experience 
  • Relevant business certifications 
  • A strong team focused approach and bring lots of energy 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to set priorities for self and others 
  • Customer service orientated approach 
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft suite (Incl Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point and Outlook); 
  • Ability to take initiative 
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
