About the Role:
In this role you will coordinate, support, manage and maintain the Corporation’s Technology Governance Framework as required by the Executive Officer.
Key accountabilities:
  • Support the implementation and use of information systems supporting the Digital Transformation Group (DTG) to enable information sharing across governance forums
  • Administer, maintain and continuously improve all Terms of Reference within the Technology Governance Framework to ensure they remain contemporary, efficient, effective and robust
  • Support the lead team to issue communications about matters arising from the Technology Governance Framework and management councils, including actions arising for attention, reporting to Executive and Board
  • Oversee the development and measurement of KPI’s to measure the performance of Technology Governance Framework and the governance of Technology generally across the Corporation and report these to appropriate Council, Technology Governance Committee, Executive and Board
  • Maintain current knowledge of Technology Governance best practices and implement them within DTG and the Technology Governance Framework as appropriate


Skills and Experience:


To be considered for this role you will hold a relevant degree qualification (Business / Project Management) and have extensive experience managing governance (ideally IT/OT) for a large, multidisciplinary corporation.


You will also have sound knowledge of quality analysis principles and practices and have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
