This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
 
We currently have 1 Fixed Term Full Time position available for 6 months.

Other Conditions: Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2018.

 

Position Profile: The Mental Health Commission is seeking applications from enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Senior Contracts Officer. In this position you will assist the Manager with planning, procurement and contract management. The Senior Contracts Officer will develop service policy and programs in allocated portfolio areas. You will prepare contract documentation, monitor the performance of providers and report performance to the Manager. You will also manage discrete projects. 


Area Profile: 
The Mental Health Commission was established in 2010. To strengthen and better integrate the State’s network of services relating to the prevention, treatment, professional education and training and research activities in the drug and alcohol and mental health sectors, the Drug and Alcohol Office amalgamated with the Mental Health Commission in July 2015. The new Commission enables the utilisation of both entities strengths and capabilities to enhance and excel in the delivery of mental health and drug and alcohol services across the state.
