Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and skilled person to the position of Senior Human Resource Consultant. In this role you will undertake complex and strategic human resource projects that will require a comprehensive understanding of contemporary human resource practices and trends together with strong research skills to develop and implement initiatives that facilitate best practice HR service delivery across the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). You will provide an advisory service on all aspects of human resource management including classification matters and undertake the role of Executive Officer for the NMHS Classification Review Committee.
