Vision Australia is currently seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to manage the North West Vison Store and support clients from the North West region with their equipment needs. 

The Retail Sales Coordinator will be motivated, dynamic and collaborative to effectively manage the daily operations of the store. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling general customer inquiries, maintaining the retail shop displays, supporting staff members and clients with equipment quotes as well as demonstration of appropriate technology and aids to Vision Australia customers, groups, and families.

This is a fixed fulltime 2 year contract

Exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills, an ability to target your intended market, confidence in making quick decisions and a positive attitude are key in being successful in this role.  

The successful applicant will have a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent or higher and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in experience in retail sales, preferably of optical, medical equipment or assistive technology.
