About the opportunity

We’re looking for someone who is as exceptional as the people we support to join our team in Orange as a Fulltime Personal Trainer. We want to know who you are and what your passion is because we know how important it is that you love what you do.

As an employee in our Seniors Gym your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing individualised and group exercise plans
• Conducting health screenings and exercise program reviews to enhance independence and quality of life
• Undertaking health promotion activities to individuals, groups, families and staff About You
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• Great communication and customer service skills and the ability to get along easily with others
• A gift for working collaboratively with a team and confident flying solo
• Experience with Gym supervision
• Ability to organise and conduct health screening and functional assessments
• Working knowledge of gym equipment


• Fitness Australia Registration -
• Certificate IV qualified Exercise Professional or above
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Current Australian Driver’s License and access to own car
