With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from an experienced Proposals Manager to join our Pre-Contracts team based at North Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager Pre-Contracts, you will partner with the relevant Bid Managers to assist in meeting growth targets.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Pre Contracts team on all areas of the proposal, this includes assisting in Content management, submission design and managing the program.
  • Determine submission design/specialist print requirements. Ensuring compliance with all tender conditions and CIMIC branding guidelines.
  • Coordination of the business opportunity related meetings including Go/No-Go Meetings, Kick-off, Progress/Status, Risk Workshop, Tender (Estimate) Review Meetings and Internal Reviews, ensuring all relevant materials are completed correctly and distributed to participants
  • Prepare, maintain, update and monitor documentation as part of the Bid/Business Development Library as requested

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and solid experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the engineering or construction sector would be an advantage;
  • Exceptional technical writing skills
  • Ability to work to strict time frames and meet budgetary requirements
  • Have excellent communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Are customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven.
