This is a fixed term fulltime position based at TMHA’s Moorebank site

This role will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate Retail Sales process following acceptance of a quotation, prepare and finalise documentation
  • Accurately and timely process all sales and rental agreements in M3 (ERP System)
  • Create long term agreement for all rental units
  • Create, process short term and long term rental agreements
  • Coordinate Short Term Rental fleet
  • Process De-hire documentation and reclassify unit
  • Process documentation on used unit sales
  • Process and raise all relevant sales and rental invoices in accordance with all current sales and rental agreement as well as national invoicing as required
  • Update information in order to maintain unit history data on the computer to ensure accurate support information is available
  • Create purchase orders in line with M3 processes;
  • In conjunction with T2 branch managers and Branch Administration Officers liaise with freight company regarding pick up and delivery times
  • Complete warranty registrations
  • Administer and maintain all relevant registers and schedules for branches
  • Liaise with relevant branch stakeholders in order to accurately process all Tier 2 branches’ sales orders

Qualifications & Expereince:

  • Self motivation and excellent time management skills;
  • Problem solving skills and sound interpersonal skills
  • Utilise accumulated knowledge, experience and systems skills.
  • Maintain strong administrative control
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively liaise stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong communication and influential skills including strong ability to effectively communicate with various customers over the phone
  • High level of computer literacy including good working knowledge of M3 or similar ERP platform
  • Sound business acumen
  • Basic accounting knowledge as a minimum
  • Be self-motivated and possess the ability to work without supervision and to be honest and ethical in all dealings with customers and TMHA personnel.

This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
