This is a fixed term fulltime position based at TMHA’s Moorebank site.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Preparation and assistance of monthly results to TMHA where required.
  • Assist the Finance Team as required.
  • Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Educate and Ensure all business units adherence to TMHA Group policy.
  • Assist preparation and presentation of annual budgets and forecast as required.
  • Assist external and internal auditors.
  • Assist with FBT Tax as required
  • Assisting Accounts payable with invoice coding where required.
  • Assist in maintenance of M3.
  • Maintain and Prepare Monthly VISA Journals
  • Maintenance of ANZ Online expense system
  • Assist with Cash flow forecast as required
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation monthly
  • Assist National Motor Vehicle Fleet Administrator with administration requirements

Qualifications & Expereince:

 

  • Experience in a similar role in regards to responsibility, staff supervisions and reporting
  • Sound business acumen
  • Retail experience desired
  • Experience in Capital Equipment business advantageous
  • Experience within TMHA Group companies advantageous
  • Previous experience in indirect taxes
  • Previous experience in Cash Flow

 

This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
