The Cape Kitchen is an award winning restaurant located on the majestic southern coastline of Victoria’s darling destination island, Phillip Island. We are seeking an experienced Barista/Bar Person to join our food and beverage family.
Gain experience in a fine dining restaurant as well as enjoying all the beauty and produce regional Victoria has to offer.

We have stunning ocean vistas that are second to none. The restaurant overlooks a quiet inlet with crashing waves, golden sand and rich red shelf rock that sets an incredible scene to both dine and work in. We have over 100 acres of lush pastures to explore, native sea birds, wallabies and even a resident echidna on site, not to mention our hobby farm which grows larger every day.

To be successful, you must have previous experience in a similar role, a current RSA and be eligible to work in Australia. Please note, this is a Casual position and will include weekends, evenings and Public Holidays. Part time positions may be available for the right candidates.
