We have an opportunity for an accomplished L&D Manager to play a central role in defining and delivering our global learning offering.  In this role you will drive learning outcomes across the Australian business and determine best practice approach and development pathways by working with relevant senior business and HR stakeholders.

 

Key to this role will be your ability to oversee and evaluate training programs, design appropriate learning pathways using blending learning approaches, and facilitate at a senior level.  You will develop strong relationships with Global Practice Leads and Thales University worldwide campuses to migrate programs and initiatives, ensuring local customisation where appropriate.  Additionally you will evaluate program success through feedback and ensure ongoing continuous improvement.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong senior stakeholder management within a complex, matrix environment, business acumen, the ability to bring tangibility to ambiguous requirements, and the ability to deliver effective L&D solutions to meet customer requirements.  Your background will include extensive L&D, OD and/or HR experience within the scope of L&D management and delivery.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to undertake domestic travel as required.

Eligible for a Defence Security Clearance.  You may also need to be ITARs cleared; therefore we need to know if you hold any other passport other than Australian, or hold dual citizenship
