About the role
The Thales Australia small arms manufacturing facility in Lithgow is now recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Operators.

As a Manufacturing Operator you would be required to safely and efficiently perform direct production tasks to meet the production plan in the areas you are assigned.
This will involve operating CNC or manual metal cutting machines, performing assembly processes or working with processes involving electroplating and metal coating.
You will monitor processes performed, maintaining personal safety and quality of output and actively participate in Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing activities within the area(s).

No specific experience is necessary, but previous experience in a manufacturing environment, spray painting and/or MIG wielding would be an advantage, as would an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety in an industrial setting.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Police & Medical Check.
