About us:

One Door Mental Health is committed to improving the circumstances and welfare of people with a serious mental illness, their relatives, carers, and professionals working in the area.

Your new role:

Working for our Disability Employment Services program, you will locate suitable employment opportunities for jobseekers by using your fantastic networking and interpersonal skills to create linkages with a range of employers. Your exceptional customer service skills will come into play as you provide information to all stakeholders, assist jobseekers with post-placement support, and secure referrals to the program. Your extraordinary marketing abilities will be put to use as you assess jobseekers' employment-related skills and promote these to potential employers.

What you can bring to the role:

To succeed in this position, you will need a current drivers licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. Previous experience working in employment services will allow you to flourish in the role, and a Certificate IV or higher in Employment Services is desirable.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role you must possess a current Working with Children Clearance and a National Criminal History Check (within the past 6 months).
