As the Head of Market Access for Australia and New Zealand you will lead a team of Health Outcomes professionals. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement robust Market Access strategies across a diverse portfolio of products and business units.  You will also project manage reimbursement and pricing submissions. Reporting to the General Manager of External and Corporate Affairs, you will have a strong leadership role within the External and Corporate Affairs function for Sanofi ANZ.
You will develop effective relationships with key local and global internal stakeholders and external bodies, including leading relationships with the Department of Health and PBAC.

Demonstrating your ability to think strategically and with a high level of technical proficiency, the successful profile of the Head of Market Access will include:
  • Substantial experience in Health Economics in the pharmaceutical industry, which includes hands on work on multiple PBAC submissions
  • A strong industry network and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent understanding of the mechanics of the PBS and PBAC
  • Understanding of pricing and reimbursement processes in Australia
  • Outstanding Project Management skills
  • Strong and experienced People Leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Economics (eg. post graduate certificate). Science, pharmacy, economics or medical degree. Ideally you will have experience across a variety of therapeutic areas, projects and submissions.
