This is an integral role for a strategic and commercially focused individual, reporting directly into the Head of Sales – Consumer Healthcare. 
We are looking to appoint a Senior National Business Manager who has extensive FMCG experience working across Multi channel and multi brand environments. 
Key Priorities include:
  • Setting the strategic direction for our largest customer across Domestic Market, Cross Border E-commerce, Licencing and New Markets and ensuring full alignment to the joint category strategies
  • Ensure full P&L accountability and achievement of set sales budgets while maintaining tight control of Trade Promotional Expenditure and operational expenses 
  • Accountability for the forecast , replenishment and supply chain initiatives
  • Leverage our portfolio against priority categories by prioritising, segmenting and executing our plans
  • Engage with the Leadership Team, Marketing department, Commercial Marketing department and sales leaders in order to drive the day-to-day business as well as ensuring distribution and appropriate representation of new and existing products.
Key criteria for this role include:
  • Solid experience within senior sales/account management from with an FMCG environment across multi-channel, multi market and multi brands
  • Proven leadership experience with a genuine focus on leading and developing 
  • Good understanding of key account processes and industry key decision makers i.e. catalogues, plannograms, promotional planning etc.;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively;
  • Strong commercial bias with  understanding of ROI to facilitate sound investment decisions within the account;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
