Job Description

The Strategy Director role sits within the CREATE team, a team dedicated to creating remarkable brand experiences for their clients. It all starts with clear , well articulated strategy that inspires internal and external partners in developing action ideas that drive behaviour. What you will be doing:

  • Inspiring effective and award winning work
  • Ensure that the strategic output of the agency is inspired by the intersection of customer, brand and culture and driven by real world data
  • Craft coherent and compelling responses to client briefs through insight, intelligence and experience.
  • Ensure that ‘The Bohemia Way’ is adopted and applied consistently throughout the agency
  • Clearly present your channel thinking in a way that inspires the rest of the team and is a springboard for media partners.
  • Manage the development and training of the Strategy team and the Agency at large in the application of ‘The Bohemia Way’ and the tools and processes involved
  • Significantly contribute to the Agencies new business effort, helping the agency prosper for the good of our clients and our people

What you will need to be effective:

  • An intimate understanding of our clients brands


  • 5 - 10 years + of experience in media planning and/or strategy
  • Proficient in all aspects of channel planning in all channels
  • Intimate knowledge of the Australian media landscape including digital
  • Solid understanding of analytics and measurement tools
