You will report to the CEO, Data Investment Management and provide support the Human Resources Director and Finance Director.

We are ideally looking for someone to start in January 2017.

Job Description

Your Role:
  • Proactively prepare inspiring presentations, reports and complex documents, ensuring excellent quality at all times
  • Planning, organising and balancing the CEO’s time and commitments
  • Providing timely and effective diary management including the coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Preparing creative written communication emails, reports, documents etc.
  • Organising functions, meetings and/or forums including arranging attendance of participants, venue, catering and preparing and distributing the relevant documents;
  • Organising international and domestic duty travel, accommodation and itinerary arrangements in accordance with accounting and expense requirements and policies
  • Maintaining confidentiality for highly sensitive matters

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality exercising discretion and tact at all times will be essential in this role
  • Extensive experience providing administrative support to senior leaders at Executive Management level
  • High Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral, with all levels of management and other team members
  • A passion for making things happen and seeing the results when it all comes together.
  • You have sense of urgency with the ability to remain ‘unflustered’ under pressure
  • You have had previous high level Personal/Executive Assistant experience.
  • Your strong business acumen and ability to make sound judgement & quick decisions will be paramount
  • You love technology, are Tech savvy, and have strong skills in MS Word & PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • You are driven by your strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
  • You love working with people and have exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • You have a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
