Job description:

We are looking for a customer service superstar, with IT knowledge, a positive attitude, great problem solving abilities and the potential for growth.

This is because we have created a new team of people that will be the first port of call for any queries relating to us (Ryman Healthcare), from inside or outside the organisation. This could be a request for information, sales enquiry, or even an IT problem that needs solving. This team will be called the ‘0800 4 Ryman team’, and if you are a kind, helpful, friendly, tech savvy and smart individual, you could be the perfect fit!

You will need to have outstanding IT knowledge and communication skills, can learn fast and enjoy problem solving and helping people.

The role is a part time role working Monday 8am-4.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 2.30pm–10pm
