About the role

A truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join Gloria Jean’s Coffees at the point of turnaround for this great brand. We require a commercially minded individual with strong people and relationship building skills that has proven ability and an energetic approach to drive short and long term results for continued growth.

Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for creating a professional and engaging working relationship with our Gloria Jean’s Franchise Partners in the NSW market. You will also be delivering coaching, support and leadership to the Franchise Partners on business strategy and execution of operational processes.

Key Objectives

  • Coach, advise and mentor your group of Franchise Partners to meet and exceed business goals
  • Provide values based leadership and ongoing support to Franchise Partners
  • Analyse P & L Performance to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes
  • Develop short, medium and long term business plans
  • Drive consistency throughout the network across sales, people, customers and cost controls
  • Manage a geographical span of up to 26 Coffee Houses

Your Attributes

  • Demonstrated Sales Account Management capability
  • High level of business acumen including strong P & L Management
  • Proven ability to work within a franchise business model
  • Understand and analyse reporting and data
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field would be highly regarded
  • Current valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities
