Administrative Assistant - Sutherland

The Exciting Career Opportunity

This is a full time position for and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant, based in our Sutherland office. You will be responsible for all key deliverables to the team Australia wide as well as providing close support for the Senior management team.

As part of this role, your duties may include:

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing calls, mail, email and faxes
  • Reception duties
  • Preparing, transcribing, composing, typing, editing and distributing documentation
  • Working on projects
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and paper files
  • Becoming a super user of our CRM system
  • Entering client referrals
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and other staff
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and events
  • Maintaining office presentation and requirements
  • Ad hoc support to the wider team

The ideal candidate will have strong listening and verbal communication skills, the confidence to show initiative and the ability to work independently where required. A cheerful disposition and can do attitude are a must in this fast paced role.
