The Role & Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources this newly created role is part of the executive team and provides leadership and coordination of HR programs and reporting. With budget and project oversight you will work collaboratively across HR and the University, ensuring development and delivery of key objectives. Critical to this role is ensuring the ED HR is operating efficiently and effectively in the performance of their duties, appropriately representing them in agreed forums, managing all follow up with internal and external stakeholders and conduct research and analysis to ensure all reports/papers/materials are accurately prepared and distributed in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience Required

To be suitable you will be degree qualified and have in-depth knowledge and skills in co-ordinating projects, budgets, administration and operational functions, in a complex environment. Crucial is the ability to provide timely, relevant advice to senior executives and high level interpersonal consultation and negotiation skills. You will be required to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst being effective at interpreting and producing complex briefs and reports. It will also be expected that you will have outstanding analytical skills and problem solving skills.
