An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Improvement Projects Adviser to join our team until December 28th 2018. Working as part of a small high performing busy team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and evaluating initiatives arising from customer feedback.

You will enjoy the opportunity to design business solutions that have a meaningful impact on our customers and delivers business efficiency. You will also be responsible for providing our Executive Leadership team valuable customer insights. In addition you will:

  • Through strategic analysis, development and delivery, support initiatives that improve systems, processes and practices.
  • Assist in the creating of business cases and project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and monitor project resources to ensure all project elements are delivered within budget and timeframes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to assist in the professional, timely and customer-focused delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Collate and analyse data received from a variety of channels including social media and ministerial feedback.

To be successful:

  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and problem solving skills.
  • Substantial level of project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience undertaking research and data analysis (using Microsoft Excel or similar software) would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience managing Survey Monkey is desirable.

Salary range: $90,573 - $98,484 + superannuation
