We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and focused Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

You will be accountable for end to end project management, including the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

A key responsibility is building a loyal and satisfied client base within Victoria and increasing revenue and market share through existing clients as well as developing relationships with new clients.

You role plans the safe delivery of building projects that are both new and refurbishment works within a team of architects, projects managers, project supervisors and administrative support and provides leadership over the operation, administration and financial performance of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Commercial Builders licence or Building supervisors licence (preferred)
  • Proven track record in Project management and business development gained from a hands-on operational or contract environment
  • Exceptional people skills, client and customer focus
  • The ability to strive for success in human, operational and financial performance
  • Provide leadership in all types of settings and environment
  • Existing customer base and industry contacts
