Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facility maintenance and building projects.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced full time Project Manager to join Programmed, working as an integral part of our busy team based in Geelong for our Utility Client!

Reporting to the Services Manager, you will be responsible for carrying quoting, establishment of documentation and management of our various Minor Capital works including installation, upgrade and system works across client sites ranging from Geelong to Colac and along the Great Ocean Road.

To be considered for the position you should have:
• Project management background including onsite management
• Civil construction or Water industry experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated contractor management skills
• HSEQ knowledge and implementation

Key responsibilities of the role include the following:
• Provide Quotations for works(with support from Operational team members)
• Liaising with client and internal stakeholders to co-ordinate works
• Co-ordinate and supervise construction work undertaken by internal team and contractors, including safety, technical engineering quality control.
• Communicate construction, fabrication and quality requirements, verify and undertake inspections of Sub-Contractor's works.
• Compile inspection and associated reports relating to the construction of infrastructure assets.
• Monitor contractor performance.
• Understand operations safety, quality, financial, environmental, customer, service delivery, performance and scheduling responsibilities.

A background in delivering minor capital works in the Water industry will be highly regarded.
