Shape the future of our leading SaaS Unified Talent Management solution. Due to continued growth and ongoing success, we are poised to expand our team and eager to speak with experienced Product Strategy Management professionals who can help us continue building out our Product Management capabilities.

About the role

Define and articulate the direction, positioning and requirements of new and existing products to ensure they meet market demand and client expectations to deliver on business growth objectives.

  • With input from all business units and regions - develop, maintain and communicate a 2 year Product Strategy Plan that supports commercialisation (including pricing) of the PageUp product to ensure we are market leaders

  • Conduct regular market sensing activities to remain competitive, including fostering strong analyst relationships

  • Drive future innovation experimentation

  • Provide qualitative and quantitative market sensing activities to support product prioritisation decisions in all core current and future markets that PageUp play or will play in

  • Establish and develop a Product Strategy capabilities and processes that are able to execute the product strategy and Roadmap plan alongside the Technology Strategy

  • Partner with Marketing to effectively position PageUp solutions value proposition in the market

About you

As an experienced Product Strategist working with Digital, SaaS or Software platforms, you are adept at navigating global organisational structure to drive product strategy and business growth.

  • Innovative - actively drive product innovation through purposeful experimentation, creativity and conceptualization. You bring a design thinking and test and learn approach to product development.

  • Visionary - you can conceptualize and 'sell in' a compelling, commercially viable road map that meets varying global market demands

  • Influential - your sound experience and strong data analysis provides compelling business cases to gain not only executive buy in but cross functional buy in

  • Collaborative - connecting dots and the right people is part of your DNA, how else do you ensure there is consistency across the product suite..?!

  • Customer Centric - The customer experience is always at the forefront of what you do. Understanding their behaviours and needs, and involving them in the discovery and research process will allow you to understand are what do we need to build and why?
