About the role
The North Coast Asset Management Unit (AMU) is seeking a motivated and effective leader. You will work closely with the Director, Asset Management Unit to manage teams in the planning and delivery of projects and programs of construction works and facilities management to North Coast schools. You will be responsible to ensure project and program targets are met or exceeded. The role is required to develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate effective contract, risk and relationship management.

  1. You are responsible for managing multiple project teams, both technical and non-technical that deliver, implement and support solutions that provide asset related services to NSW Public schools. Provide details of where you have worked in a role similar to this, your management approach for communicating to stakeholders, managing staff and services and the type of challenges you experienced. (400 words)
  2. Provide examples including details of your role when you have delivered on significant service outcomes within tight budgetary targets and competing timeframes. (300 words)
