  • Salary range $105, 409 - $116,157 pa (Clerk Grade 9/10)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark within the industry. The Office of the Registrar General (ORG) is a brand-new regulator who is responsible for overseeing the NSW land title system. This is a rare opportunity for someone to make an impact and help shape the future of this new organisation.
The ORG is looking for someone with excellent legal skills, who has experience delivering complex projects, with great ideas on effective regulatory oversight and is passionate about digital reforms— to support ORG’s work with industry to transform the land title system to digitalisation. 
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Current Practicing Certificate
  • Experience providing practical, legal advice and information and performing generalist legal tasks
  • Excellent research, drafting, documentation skills and strong academic skills
  • Rigorous project management skills, to set priorities, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver work within set timeframes
  • Working knowledge of digital reforms or ability to acquire a working knowledge rapidly
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • The ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
