The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Senior Passenger Attendants to be a part of our Customer Service Delivery Directorate within NSW TrainLink. This position plays a key role in delivering a high quality catering service on NSW Trains services while ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained in accordance with NSW Trains service standards and reports to the Passenger Service Supervisor.
We are looking for a Senior Passenger Attendant who has high level customer relation skills and has experience in the ability to work in a team environment.
