Part-time Casual Teacher of Property Services

Salary: $78.76 per hour (teaching duties)

  • As a minimum teaching qualification Teacher must hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).  
  • A relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma in Property or Business (with relevant major in property or real estate) or equivalent. 
  • Demonstrated eligibility to be recognised by NSW Fair Trading for a Real Estate Agent’s Licence in NSW
  • At least three years of work experience in real estate and property service. A part of which has been gained within the last 18 months, relevant to the areas of specialization. 
  • Comprehensive current knowledge of the property industry and job roles and strong understanding of current trends
  • Demonstrated current and relevant industrial experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Property management
    • Property Sales
    • Stock and Station
    • Strata/community management
    • Business sales
    • Buyer agent
  • High level written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in a traditional (classroom) adult learning environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining professional currency.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
