Job description:

Infrastructure NSW was created to provide independent advice to assist the NSW Government in identifying and prioritising the delivery of major infrastructure across NSW for economic growth and social wellbeing. 


Infrastructure NSW’s expanded role now includes the Projects NSW division which is a new specialist unit established within Infrastructure NSW to manage the procurement and delivery of nominated priority infrastructure projects.


The Operations team partners closely with all parts of the organisation to provide seamless and efficient services. The role of Procurement Manager sits within Operations but partners across all of Infrastructure NSW.




Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager supports the provision of procurement services, including procurement planning, development, sourcing, contract and risk management activities, to meet business needs.

This is a  stand alone role working in a fast paced environment and so will require some one with great experience of delivering procurement in a public sector environment and someone with excellent people skills.

This is a true business partner role and requires someone happy to work at different levels depending on the requirements of the business.
