Monadelphous' Maintenance and Industrial Services West division supplies long term maintenance contracts, shutdowns, execution of minor capital projects and asset integrity works to blue chip clients across Australia.

Our Oil & Gas Offshore division holds long-term maintenance, modification and shutdown contracts servicing world class offshore assets. As such, we are seeking applications of high calibre Fabric Maintenance Coordinators to join our successful offshore division.

Based in Perth, with Adhoc travel offshore, the Fabric Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the assessing, defining, executing and the closeout of the shutdown scope, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, to required client specifications and within budget.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Offshore Manager to help define the divisional Fabric Maintenance strategy, prioritise scopes based on risk, identifying replace/repair work scopes etc
  • Developing the procedures and systems required to ensure efficient execution of Fabric Maintenance campaigns and major projects to ensure minimal impact on plant operations and effective delivery
  • Ensuring Safety, both Process and Occupational Health and Safety, is reinforced as the highest priority
  • Development of company procedures and specifications to align with asset requirements
  • Maintaining an expert understanding of maintenance management systems and planning tools

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience with Offshore Oil and Gas production facilities and experience working at a Senior level
  • An industrial coatings background, with NACE level 2 qualification is desirable
  • Highly skilled in the use of SAP CMMS System and previous planning experience resourcing up work scopes
  • A proven track record of being involved in substantial offshore operations/maintenance portfolios
  • Significant knowledge of current innovation and best practice across the global offshore fabric Maintenance market
  • Ability to effectively communicate at a General Management level within our organisation and the client's
  • The ability to provide innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to execute work problems and opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills in influencing and teamwork
  • Ability to help build and develop effective, high performing teams
