Your role

This busy team are seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join with an immediate start. This is a permanent 2 day per week role and will suit a candidate with high level secretarial skills, ideally gained in a litigation practice. In addition, you will possess the following attributes:

  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • strong document management skills including advanced Word document skills including document creation and presentation
  • strong understanding of software applications including Excel, PowerPoint, practice management and other technology systems, including legal billing systems
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines
  • ability to liaise at all levels (including very senior clients and partners)
  • a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, industry experts and clients
  • demonstrated ability, and resilience, to work in an environment that expects excellence as a minimum
  • resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
