Our Client Services Team

Our friendly and professional Client Services Team are at the very front line of the business, and are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy and vibrant client floor. This team interacts with virtually all teams across the firm and manages a wide variety of client and staff meetings and events.

Your role

A fantastic opportunity exists in our Sydney office for a Client Floor Supervisor to work as part of a highly collaborative team to deliver innovative and exceptional experiences for our clients and colleagues . You will lead a talented team with the scope to continually improve how we work and the hospitality we offer our clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • creating and delivering unique client hospitality experiences
  • leading and developing team members across multiple work streams
  • liaising effectively with colleagues and the wider office
  • interacting with clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • recording and coordinating high volume room bookings
  • as a key point of contact with our internal staff, as well as our esteemed client base and stakeholders of the business, you will be providing an invaluable and rewarding service to the firm which is integral to creating an exceptional experience.
