The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a client focused and experienced legal assistant to join us and work closely with two Partners, Special Counsel and Senior Associate in our Corporate Advisory team. We are looking for a Legal Assistant who ideally has general Corporate or Commercial work. You must have a strong law firm background ideally from a n ational firm.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries;
  • Preparing legal documents, including large contracts/agreements and suites of negotiated documents;
  • Diary management;
  • Billing;
  • Coordinating team meetings/events;
  • Mail merging documents and formatting; and
  • File management.

Who We Are Looking For
You will have at least 4 years of commercial experience as well as having strong commercial acumen and the ability to offer excellent client service. You will be expected to contribute to the development of the practice.
