You will be responsible for providing our customers with superior service by answering inbound enquiries, troubleshooting problems and providing information on our salary packaging products and services. Along with this, there will be a variety of administration tasks to make up your busy day in our customer service team. What comes naturally is your ability to educate and recommend our customers on the Maxxia suite of product and services (which attracts incentives for you!).
