To support our growing workforce we are currently seeking a passionate and talented HR Business Partner to join the Lifestyle Solutions team based at our National Support Centre in Islington (Newcastle) in a permanent full time role.

This is a true business partnership role which requires an experienced HR Professional who is passionate about people and will proactively champion HR practices. You will work closely with the wider People & Culture Team and internal/external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing all HR/IR related activities for your nominated portfolio.

As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record in a similar role operating in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. You will possess a strong customer service focus, coupled with highly developed relationship building skills. 

It would also be desirable if you had relevant HR/IR tertiary qualifications.
