About you

In this highly challenging role you will be responsible for providing executive assistant and project support to the Executive Director, Innovation and the Innovation team in a timely, efficient and confidential manner.

Your day will involve:

  • diary management including scheduling appointments, video conferences, book conference rooms, order catering and travel arrangements
  • actively manage Executive Director, Innovation inbox and action where appropriate
  • handling and responding to telephone and other various enquiries on behalf of the Executive Director, Innovation such as responding to invitations and events, general enquiries etc.
  • liaising with senior executives and CEOs of Top 500 companies and CEO's of other large law firms
  • liaising with the Management Team, Board, Partners, Executive Directors, staff and clients
  • organising internal and external meetings
  • organising (where appropriate) high level internal functions where Executive Director, Innovation is host
  • drafting correspondence including letters and emails from Executive Director, Innovation
  • managing and maintaining files (electronic and paper)
  • providing general administration requiring advanced Microsoft Office skills with a high degree of accuracy.

In this role, you will report to Executive Director, Innovation and work closely with the broader Innovation team.

You will have:

  • strong organisational and administration skills
  • an ability to work proactively and as part of a team
  • an ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
  • good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • an ability to apply appropriate judgement and be trusted with confidential information
  • flexibility, energy, initiative, resilience and excellent attention to detail
  • advanced Microsoft office skills

Your previous experience working in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/Coordinator role will be of benefit in prioritising and delivering multiple tasks to deadlines.
