The role is a great opportunity to help drive our future growth and to build the career you want in developing and growing one of our key sectors (and client portfolios) by working closely with lead Partners to:

  • develop sector plans, including client growth plans, identifying and growing priority segments, differentiated market engagement through integrated thought leadership programs, and engagement of the internal partners and legal staff
  • develop and implement sophisticated strategies and initiatives for key clients to grow revenue and build profile and deal directly with clients to understand and support their business, co-develop on market opportunities for our clients and ensure service expectations are met
  • qualify, draft and project manage tenders with compelling value propositions tailored for our clients drawing in your knowledge of client and market insights
  • conduct matter and relationship reviews directly with clients, and make recommendations to client teams and our management team based on feedback
  • create client and market engagement strategies around events, sponsorships and partnerships focused on delivering bespoke and differentiated exceptional experiences for our clients.

To secure this role you will ideally have tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or commerce and will have been working for a legal or other professional services firm in a similar role. You will be a highly motivated individual, who can take on multiple tasks whilst delivering the highest levels of service.

Maintaining relations between various teams and especially with Partners, using strong communication skills will be essential for success. Initiative, attention to detail and ability to see projects through to the end while juggling various priorities will be required.
