What this job involves
You'll be working as an Assistant Facilities Manager onsite in Kilsyth.
The prime focus of your role is to support the Senior Facilities Manager and also the wider facilities team in Melbourne.  Through this support, you'll gain training, development and exposure to facilities management – a fantastic opportunity to grow your career!
Day to day, you'll coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management, as well as the financial administration support. Every day you'll be faced with a variety of new challenges, and no two days are the same in facilities!

You're a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships! You've got excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus. You have a hands-on approach to problem solving, and can juggle multiple tasks. Lastly, you're hungry to learn and love a challenge!
