Technical Facilities Manager

The Technical Facility Manager will assist in managing the property management function for designated client properties in Sydney CBD / Sydney Olympic Park / Parramatta. This includes working with key internal stakeholders, external service providers and the wider client's Group Property team, managing end to end facilities management and taking financial responsibility for properties within the portfolio.

You will encourage customer-centric corporate behavior and role-model excellent customer service whilst consistently demonstrating behaviors that encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture with stakeholders and customers.

As the successful applicant, you will have proven experience in a technical or critical systems facilities management role, overseeing a commercial portfolio. Strong operational knowledge is required with solid financial skills when it comes to budgets. Experience in the management of external service providers and administering contracts is needed with strong knowledge of critical environment management. Proficient in MS Office with superior communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, you are someone wishing to enhance your career for the long term and establish a strong relationship with a renowned organisation.
