Commercial Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for working with key internal stakeholders, external service providers and the wider Group Property team, managing end to end facilities management and taking financial responsibility for properties within the portfolio. You will take ownership of property issues to achieve a satisfactory outcome for the tenant and lessor and provide input in the development of a world-class property management function to ensure a consistent approach and superior service delivery.

You will encourage customer-centric corporate behavior and role-model excellent customer service whilst consistently demonstrating behaviors that encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture with stakeholders and customers.

As the successful applicant, you will have proven experience in a facilities management role, overseeing a commercial portfolio. You don’t need to have a technical background but strong operational knowledge is required with solid financial skills when it comes to budgets. Experience in the management of external service providers and administering contracts is needed with strong knowledge of critical environment management. Proficient in MS Office with superior communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, you are someone wishing to enhance your career for the long term and establish a strong relationship with a renowned organisation.
