The National Loan Kit Scheduling Lead is act as our Operations control tower ensuring all orthopaedic loan kit bookings are accurately processed, scheduled, allocated, delivered on-time, and collected/returned for our Operations team in Australia & New Zealand.

This is a newly created position where you will play an integral role in developing and implementing a standardized framework of processes to efficiently manage the scheduling activities for all orthopaedic loan kit bookings received.

It is vital that this role is performed with a strong focus on the patient. What you do in this role and how well it is done will have an impact on a patient’s surgery.

We are seeking production planners, schedulers or coordinators with experience working in a large complex sites where process excellence, quality and compliance is part of your day to day. Other requirements include:

  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Demonstrated strengths in planning and coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder and competing priorities
  • Excellent people leadership skills to collaborate, negotiate and influence effectively at all levels
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Strong proficiency working with SAP
  • Experience within healthcare, operations or manufacturing would be highly regarded
