Located in Smithfield, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious  and competent individual to take a forward step and manage the wardrobe (joinery) side of our business. We are looking to appoint a skilled individual with sound organisational skills. The successful candidate is key to ensuring customer satisfaction as you will have the full responsibility in scheduling and organising daily runs for Wardrobe co-ordination for our large Installation workforce on various Commercial, Cottage and Retail building sites.


Key Responsibilities

You will feel challenged and rewarded daily in this varied role with responsibilities including;

  • Booking installations with customers and following up closer to the installation date
  • Ensuring all installations are delivered on time
  • Keeping up-to-date records of building site deliveries and installations
  • Assisting with the collation of paperwork for the remuneration of our sub-contractor installers
  • Liaising with our glass suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of the  glass component of our products
  • Working closely with our production team to ensure that manufacturing deadlines and the timely delivery of our products on buildings sites are met


Key Attributes

To be successful in this role, you must;

  • Have outstanding organisational skills gained through your experience in a similar type of role
  • Be confident and assertive with exceptional customer service skills
  • Be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and sub-contractor installers
  • Possess a good eye for detail
  • Have the ability to work under pressure to meet with tight deadlines
  • Be flexible and adaptable to sudden changes to installation schedules
  • Ideally possess an understanding of the Sydney geographical areas
  • Intermediate level of all Microsoft suites, particularly Excel
