An experienced Sales Operations Manager is being sought to work as an integral part of the senior leadership team for Australia. Working closely with the sales and client success teams, they will help maximise both revenue and market share growth through the smart use of internal and external data. 
Reporting to the Country Manager Australia, this role will develop the best practises for the entire sales team, to maximise growth of value added services to existing clients as well as client acquisition to grow the volume of clients serviced in Australia.
What we need from you:

  • Proven track record of success in driving best-practise sales processes in previous roles
  • An SME in a CRM software tools (preferably Salesforce) and experience driving its utilisation Knowledge and awareness of competitor behaviour and strategy
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • High level of experience in working with sales and financial data to identify areas of improvement for sales client success teams.  Experience in successfully working with geographically dispersed sales teams.  Ability to design and implement training programs using face to face and digital technology 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales leadership team to ensure targets are exceeded across the region
  • Develop and implement reporting and forecasting, identifying areas for improvement for sales teams and individuals organise and implement training programs for sales teams on best practise sales methodologies and use of Salesforce
  • Maintain a full knowledge of the marketplace and commercial environment relevant to the designated regions and to suggest strategic plans to maximise potential growth
  • In conjunction with the Sales Leadership Team, manage, coach and mentor the business development team and leaders in achieving overall revenue growth objectives
  • Drive our winning and competitive sales environment where we succeed and celebrate
  • Build and maintain outstanding client service levels to drive future growth
  • Manage profitability through the achievement of targets, pricing and the development and control of budgets.
