We are seeking experienced Senior Agile Consultants and Coaches who will drive Agile principles and practices at the enterprise level. This role works with senior leaders of our clients who want to implement and improve Agile practices, as well as drive overall Agile culture change. People in this role are able to implement transformation roadmaps which enable organizations to successfully adopt Agile at scale.  They must have both Agile Subject Matter Expertise and ability to lead, mentor and coach at all levels through to the CIO/VP.  Successful candidates will have direct evidence of working as part of an Agile transformation team as a Senior Consultant or as a leader within a large enterprise.
Senior Managers have substantial knowledge of industry recognized Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban and other scaling models) and have the ability to translate from the team to a strategic enterprise transformation programs. This role will also often perform a coaching role, often coaching our client’s managers and directors. Senior Managers are passionate about communication, group dynamics and coaching and are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to remove impediments to adoption. The very best candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, desire to win and insatiable desire to learn and grow. Senior Manager Agile Consultants are preferred to hold advanced Agile certifications, with experience operating in complex project environments.

  • Proactively support the growth of the Australian Enterprise Agile and Technology & Data Strategy practice
  • Lead consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
  • Define the Agile approach, principles and practices to help teams implement Agile approaches at scale within large organizations
  • Perform Agile Coaching at the team and executive level
  • At program level, support not only the teams but also the associated delivery, support and governance structure
  • At enterprise level, tackling the more challenging organization level transformation programs
  • Remain at the leading-edge of Agile practices and contribute to their spreading across the organization
  • Understand the mechanisms of Agile practices and able to clearly communicate to others
  • Work to help all levels of the organization understand the benefits of working Agile
