Award-winning luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Melbourne seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team on a part time basis.


With the support of the Manager - Housekeeping, you will be responsible for conducting cleaning duties in guest rooms and other public areas in accordance with the established brand standards of Hyatt International while providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to in-house guests in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous work experience in a similar position (will be advantageous).
  • A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
  • Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
