About the role

Based in our Norwest office, you will lead and manage the clerical and administrative functions of the Concrete and Aggregates Transport business as well as provide support to the Regional Logistics Manager.

This is a key role providing support, coordinating communications and compliance within the team and applying organisational skills to ensure the team operates efficiently.

Responsible for collating reports, maintaining fleet registers, general HR administration as well as diary and travel management this is a varied and challenging opportunity.

About you

Having experience in a similar role, you will have a strong administration and/or customer service background and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Having the ability to work under pressure, you will need to meet tight deadlines and ensure a high level of attention to detail is maintained at all times.

Being highly motivated, you will need to be confident in your dealings with a range of people at different levels both internally and externally.

Professional level written and verbal communication skills are essential along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or SAP.
