About the role

We are looking to hire an experienced Safety Administrator to join our Humes business based in Laverton. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for accurately recording and reporting SHE data and making constructive proposals to maximise effictiveness

  • This role is initially part time (25 hours per week) Flexible in terms of work times.
  • Generation, maintenance and alteration of all SHE data collection formats
  • Accurate and timely reporting of SHE data
  • Determining and allocating resources
  • Recommending improvements to our existing policies

About you

You are by nature analytical, logical and fastidious about accuracy and meeting deadlines. What sets you apart is your ability to work with people and build relationships & connections to achieve conflicting priorities.

  • Familiarity with SHE procedures and best practices in large scale production
  • Previous experience working within heavy manufacturing environment highly regarded
  • Effective interpersonal and communication
  • Strong analytical & report writing skills
