About the role

In this strategic role you will be responsible for developing commercial plans across the region and ensuring agreed sales and margin targets are delivered across the state.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through our second brand, working with local operational managers to deliver outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies and sales plans for concrete customers
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities within customers, product range and market segments
  • Oversight of customer experience including direct sales support functions.

About you

Being an experience Sales Manager, you will need be able to lead performance and drive innovation.

Skills and experience:

  • Highly developed understanding of the sales process and success in achieving targets
  • Experience in resolving customer issues, disputes and/or complaints
  • Exposure to the aggregates, concrete or building materials sectors would be an advantage
  • You will need strong interpersonal skills while exposure to and/or SAP would be beneficial
